Standard we build to

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test new work against that standard rather than treating accessibility as a separate pass at the end.

What that looks like here

Skip links to the main content and navigation, visible focus outlines on every interactive element, semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative visuals hidden from assistive technology.

Motion respects your system setting: with reduced motion enabled, movement is dropped and content appears without animation. Interactive targets are at least 44 pixels on touch screens, and the site works down to a 320 pixel viewport.

Known limitations

Our jobs board and application flow are hosted by another company, so its accessibility is outside our direct control. If you hit a barrier there, tell us and we will take your application another way and raise it with the vendor.

Some imagery is generated and decorative. It carries no information that is not also in the text around it.
