These terms govern text messages sent by AV Fleet.ai LLC ("AV Fleet") to people who ask to receive them. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
AV Fleet sends text messages to candidates, applicants, and business contacts who provide a mobile number and opt in. Messages relate to your job application, interview scheduling, application status, onboarding requirements, training information, other employment-related communications, and replies to inquiries you send us.
This is not a marketing or promotional program. We do not send advertising by text message.
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on the contact form at avfleet.ai/contact, by giving consent in writing during the hiring or onboarding process, or by texting us first.
Consent is not a condition of employment, of any application, or of any purchase or service. You can take part in hiring and onboarding entirely by email and phone.
Only the person who owns or is the customary user of the number may opt in. If your number changes, tell us so messages do not reach someone else.
Message frequency varies with your application activity and your stage in the hiring or onboarding process. There is no fixed number of messages.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Your wireless provider's plan determines what a message costs you, so check with them if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT work as well. You will get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send no further texts to that number.
To start again, text START to the same number or contact us at hello@avfleet.ai. Opting out of texts does not remove you from consideration for a role or stop us from contacting you by email or phone.

Messages are delivered by wireless carriers on a best effort basis. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier or in every location, so never rely on a text message alone for time sensitive matters.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver messages for us, and only to deliver them. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
