This Privacy Policy describes how AV Fleet.ai LLC ("AV Fleet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with avfleet.ai (the "Site").
AV Fleet collects personal information that users provide directly. Categories of information collected include name, email address, telephone number, organization or employer, the contents of messages submitted through contact forms, employment applications, or other communications channels available on the Site, resume files attached to an application, and a record of consent to receive text messages where that consent is given.
AV Fleet also collects technical information automatically when users access the Site. This information includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring website addresses, and similar telemetry data used for server operation, security monitoring, and analytics.
The Site does not request sensitive personal information. Users should not submit government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information through the Site.
AV Fleet uses personal information submitted by users to respond to inquiries, evaluate employment applications, conduct partnership communications, and provide other services requested by the user.
AV Fleet uses technical data to operate and secure the Site, measure traffic patterns, diagnose problems, and improve overall performance. AV Fleet does not sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from AV Fleet, we may use your mobile number to communicate with you regarding your job application, interview scheduling, application status, onboarding requirements, training information, and other employment-related communications.
Message frequency may vary depending on your application activity and stage in the hiring or onboarding process. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers that assist us in delivering communications or operating our recruiting and onboarding processes, but only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf. SMS opt-in consent and mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The Site uses Google Analytics to measure Site usage, including which pages receive traffic, the sources of visitor traffic, and content engagement, and Microsoft Clarity to measure aggregate interaction patterns such as clicks and scroll depth. These services place cookies and similar tracking technologies on users' devices.
These services load only after a user accepts analytics cookies in the banner presented on the Site. A user who declines, or whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, is not served these services and no analytics cookies are set. That choice may be changed at any time through the cookie preferences control in the Site footer. Users may also opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting browser settings, using a tracking-prevention tool, or installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
The Site also uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate performance monitoring. These services collect anonymized data and do not identify individual users.
Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie involved, the service that sets it, its purpose, and how long it lasts.
AV Fleet discloses personal information to service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, and only as necessary to perform their services. These categories include applicant tracking, electronic mail delivery, website hosting and infrastructure, and Site analytics.
Employment applications submitted through the jobs board linked from the Site are collected and processed in an applicant tracking system operated by a third-party provider on our behalf, under that provider's agreement with us.
AV Fleet may disclose personal information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce its terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AV Fleet, its personnel, or the public. If AV Fleet is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
AV Fleet retains contact form submissions and related correspondence in its electronic mail systems for the period reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry and maintain a record of business communications, generally for a period of up to two (2) years from the date of submission.
Employment applications and related materials are retained in accordance with applicable federal and state employment recordkeeping requirements.
Records of text message consent and of opt-out requests are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations, including after a user opts out.
Users may request deletion of their personal information by contacting hello@avfleet.ai. AV Fleet will respond to verified deletion requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the "CCPA"), and updated thereafter, California residents have the following rights with respect to their personal information:
AV Fleet does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any of the rights described above, California residents may contact AV Fleet at hello@avfleet.ai. AV Fleet will verify each request and respond within forty-five (45) days as required by law, subject to permissible extensions.
AV Fleet maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Site is hosted with HTTPS enforced site-wide, and form submissions are transmitted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. AV Fleet does not collect or store payment card information on the Site.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data security incident that materially affects users' personal information, AV Fleet will provide notice to affected individuals in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
AV Fleet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent material revision. Updates will be posted to this page. For material changes affecting how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed, AV Fleet will provide additional notice through reasonable means, which may include direct notification through the communication channels used to interact with the user.
